SOCIAL DINNER
MUKA, “ashes from the fire” in the Iparralde dialect of Basque language, is an invitation to explore fire in all its forms: ember, flame, hot coals, smoke, ash…
An experience that makes it possible to experience fire using all the senses, from the gastronomic proposal to the space itself, which has an enormous charcoal grill used to prepare most of the dishes on the menu. The dishes, designed for sharing, can also be enjoyed outside, on a spectacular terrace overlooking the mouth of the Urumea River.
